1. Work Out
If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I work out at Burn Boot Camp about 5x a week. However, if I can’t make it to the gym, I make sure to get my 30 minutes of activity in at home. Either with a Pure Barre workout (which I taught for over a decade), or heading out for a walk with my boys in the stroller.

2. Eat Right
In order to look and feel my best, it’s essential for me to fuel my body with nutritious and healthy food. I always keep my pantry stocked with low carb and healthy must-haves from Aldi, Costco and Trader Joe’s to help me make healthy choices.
