As you know, Leyton started kindergarten a couple of weeks ago and Finn is getting ready to start preschool for the first time. I’ve shared a little bit on Instagram with y’all, but I am struggling. Everything about my daily routine has changed. The time I wake up, my bedtime, my daily schedule, my workout time, and basically my entire business and operating hours have changed as well. I am honestly taking it a day at a time but this is a hard season for me, y’all. Not to mention my babies are both starting a new phase of childhood and I feel like I am mourning the end of the “baby season”.
First, mama, let me tell you if no one else has told you yet today: GREAT JOB. You are CRUSHING it. If no one has told you “thank you” for getting up early this morning to change diapers or clean up a spilled bowl of cereal, and not losing your cool in the carpool line with the kids, let me be the first to tell you, “You’re doing amazing!”
