Thank you to Binto for partnering with me on this post!

Sundays are often seen as a day of rest, especially for those of us who are Bible-believing Christians. This term is coined for us in Genesis as Sabbath.

While Sundays SHOULD be observed as a day of rest they can also be a powerful tool for setting intentions and building healthy habits. By dedicating just a bit of time each Sunday to reset and recharge, you can transform your entire week.

Here’s how you can use the Sunday Reset to build healthy habits:

  • Reflect and Reevaluate: Take some time on Sunday to reflect on the past week. What went well? What could have gone better? Use this reflection as an opportunity to reevaluate your priorities and goals for the upcoming week. Maybe you want to focus more on self-care, or perhaps you want to prioritize family time. Whatever it is, setting intentions now will help you stay focused and motivated.

One thing I try to evaluate each Sunday is my consistency with my healthy habits. How am I doing with my daily hydration, supplements, steps, and clean eating?

My supplement routine looks MUCH MORE in-depth than it used to, thanks to my naturopath and chiropractor, Dr. John Palmer! While I may take more supplements than I used to, I am so thankful Binto has created a one-stop-shop for women no matter the season of life.

Binto is a company made by moms for moms and they know how overwhelming mom life can be. They’ve simplified the supplement game by creating a quiz to personalize and customize your vitamins as well as set it and forget it subscription. No matter what stage of life you are in (fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or general wellness), Binto is here to personalize for you!

Binto was actually the first-to-market personalized vitamin company for the reproductive lifecycle created by a fertility nurse and run by women’s health providers.

The reason why I personally love Binto is they stand by clean ingredients with no fillers, chemicals, or preservatives in their supplements.

Alongside their vitamins, I’ve also started taking their Inositol which is a powerful supplement that helps to:

  • Balances hormones*
  • Assists in metabolic function*
  • Improves insulin function*
  • Support mental health*
  • Reduces cravings*
  • Helps prevent hair loss
  • Plan Ahead: Planning is key to success, especially for busy moms. Use your Sunday to plan out your meals, schedule your workouts, and organize your to-do list for the week ahead. Having a clear plan in place will help you stay on track and avoid feeling overwhelmed as the week progresses.

  • Meal Plan & Prep: Spend some time on Sunday prepping healthy meals and snacks for the week ahead. Not only will this save you time during busy weeknights, but it will also help you make healthier choices when you’re short on time. Consider batch cooking staples like grains, proteins, and veggies that you can mix and match throughout the week. Check out all my FREE RESOURCES here to make meal planning EASY!

  • Unplug and Unwind: As moms, we’re constantly connected to our phones and devices, but it’s essential to carve out some time to unplug and unwind. Use Sunday evenings as a chance to disconnect from technology and focus on relaxation. Whether it’s taking a bath, reading a book, or practicing mindfulness, find activities that help you recharge for the week ahead. One of my favorite ways to unplug is to turn on an encouraging podcast and go for a walk! Here is the link to my podcast here!
  • Practice Self-Care: Finally, don’t forget to prioritize self-care as part of your Sunday Reset. As I always say… SELF CARE IS NOT SELFISH! Whether it’s scheduling a massage, spending time outdoors, or simply indulging in your favorite hobby, make sure to carve out some time for yourself each week. Remember, you can’t pour from an empty cup, so taking care of yourself is essential for both your well-being and your ability to care for others.

In conclusion, the Sunday Reset is a powerful tool for building healthy habits and setting yourself up for success throughout the week. By taking the time to reflect, plan, and prioritize self-care, you can reclaim control of your schedule and live a happier, healthier life. So go ahead, give yourself permission to press pause, reset, and start the week feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Here’s to a week filled with intention, balance, and joy!
