Banana pudding is a treat we’ve eaten for as long as I can remember. I’ve shared the ORIGINAL version of this recipe before with y’all – it’s decadent and very indulgent but oh-so-good! Since then, I’ve tried to find a way to “health hack” the recipe to make it just a little bit lighter. I am so excited to share this recipe with y’all today! This edition of my Banana Pudding is a bit lighter than the OG but it’s not QUITE as good if we are being honest. I want you to have OPTIONS here if you are wanting have a lighter version though so that’s why I had to share this yogurt hack version I whipped up in the spring!
