On Low Carb Days on FWTFL, our workouts look a little different from Regular Macro Days. This 15 Minute Core Workout is perfect to finish off your workouts on Low Carb Days! It is killer but the perfect way to get your core strength back after baby or before swimsuit season! This workout requires no weights so it is perfect to do in the comfort of your own living room! Great workout! I will like to see at FASTer Way to Fat loss a blog post or a specific program dedicated to college students about weight management. We can fast but we have parties and nights studying so it can be a little difficult.

I’m so intrigued by the FWTFL program. I’ve never signed up so I obviously don’t know the specifics of the macros and workouts, but the concept of carb cycling seems so logical. I’d love to see more of the types of home workouts you do for the program.

I would love to see tips on staying motivated. I tend to emotional eat or feel really great with a program then treat myself and fall off the bandwagon. I can 100% do the workouts but the diet part is so hard for me… love following your journey!
Your results are great!! Keep us posted! I know it probably feels silly telling us what you eat in a day, but it really is helpful! I think a lot of moms eat less than they are supposed to. I know my days aren’t well balanced. I’d love to try to fit a round of faster way into our budget… currently 5 months postpartum and could use the accountability/guidance.
