Fit Fun: Down Up Plank Jacks

Audrey is my new sister-in-law’s sister and at Eric’s brother’s wedding we really hit it off. Down Up Plank Jacks

Do 3-4 sets 12-15 reps
Start in a push up position, then drop down to plank (from your hands to your forearms, one arm at a time) then jump or step your legs out and in. Finish by pushing up from your forearms to your hands (one arm at a time).
Muscles Worked: biceps, triceps, leg abductors, leg adductors, core muscles
