Fit Chic: My Life Well Loved

It’s been a while since I’ve done a Fit Chic post, which means its way overdue! And, if I’m being honest with myself, I just wanted yet another excuse to wear these beautiful over the knee boots from Shoefly (on sale now!) and this to die for Karma wrap. The Karma wrap can be worn so many ways, but I mainly do the short cardigan way as shown here. Fit Chic is all about dressing yourself in the transition from workout to lunch date. It’s a way to up the ante on boring everyday gym shorts and a tee.

With all the fabulous brands and high-performance workout to lifestyle gear out there, you have no excuse to not look cute while working out or jetting around in your yoga pants running errands. Let’s talk about the basics of this outfit and how it got transformed. It started out with gym pants, a tank, some cute Kate Spade studs, and a headband. But, the great thing about lifestyle wear is there are so many options to mix and match and take your look from ho-hum to casual chic.

To get ready for a lunch date with the hubs after a Pure Barre class, I threw on my Sam Edelman boots (That leather though!), a black cowl neck shirt, my Karma wrap and that stunning Kendra Scott ring. The next step is to do a quick touch up of your lip gloss, let down your hair and spritz a little dry shampoo and call it a date look!
