Every mom knows Chick-fil-A is a crowd pleaser, especially with the kiddos! We hit that drive-thru more than I’d like to admit, but that doesn’t mean we don’t make healthy choices while we’re there! Since I’m able to track my macros while eating out, I always know that I’m fueling my body with what it needs. There are so many Chick-fil-A options that you can enjoy without the guilt – even though there is NOTHING wrong with some waffle fries every now and then! 😉

Here’s a low carb Chick-fil-A hack from my FWTFL coach, Miranda Wesley! She said she loves the Cobb salad with grilled nuggets and balsamic vinaigrette for a low carb day. She also said if she needs extra protein, she’ll add an extra six count grilled nugget on the side!

#1 Cobb Salad (16 grams carbs) with Grilled Nuggets and omitting the packet of Crispy Bell Peppers! I get avocado lime ranch dressing (3 grams carbs) & a large unsweetened tea with lemon!
#2 Grilled Market Salad (16 grams carbs) without the Granola topping and with Light Italian Dressing (3 grams carbs) or Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing (3 grams carbs).
#3 Chick-fil-A Nuggets (Yes, the fried ones!) 8 Count (9 grams carbs) with a side salad (6 grams carbs).
#4 Bunless Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich // This is a meal I get a lot! BONUS: it’s gluten free! 250 calories, 12.5g fat, 6g carbs, 25g protein.
