You guys really loved my 10 Minute Mom Makeup video about a month ago, so I thought I’d show you my every day makeup that’s even a little quicker. I want to give the disclaimer that I am not a makeup artist, but this is how I get it done! Once I get a little more color on my skin in the summer, I sometimes skip my base layer and just put on eye makeup and some blush but for the sake of my skin not quite being there yet, here’s my current routine.

To create this look, I started with my CoverFX primer because in the spring and summer in Birmingham, makeup slides right off without it. I then continued with my normal base of It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream (Hello, SPF 50+!) and Under Eye Corrector, finished with the je ne sais quoi poreless complexion perfection powder. I love having this quad palette because everything is easily accessible all in one place: my powder, highlighter, blush, and bronzer!

On my eyes, when I’m in a hurry I skip eye shadow all together, but if I use it I use either the Naked2 palette, Bobbi Brown palette or the new Lune + Aster palette. Then I use Clarins new 3-Dot Liner which makes your lash line look fuller. The innovative three-prong tip gives you serious precision control and fills in the spaces between each lash, dot-by-dot, so you can master the perfect line. It’ll leave you with a voluminous, flawless eye look that takes the guesswork out of tightlining your lash line. I go back in underneath my lower lash line and in the outer corners of my eyes with a dark brown shadow using a pencil brush for precision. Next up, I apply my eyebrow pencil to frame my eyes and this has been a game changer for me. To finish my eyes, I used several coats of one of my favorite mascaras.

I slightly contour my cheeks with the quad Bronzer, and also go over my forehead and nose with it  for an added bronzy look. Using a blush brush, I gently apply the quad blush to the apples of my cheeks. I then grab my fluffier brush and apply highlighter to the tops of my cheek bones, brow bones and down the bridge of my nose. Finally, I used Butter London’s Lucky lipstick, and that’s all there is to it!

The Clarins three dot liner sounds like a game changer and one I’ll probably have to try!
