This week’s healthy mom hack is to incorporate 2 consecutive low carb days a week into your weekly meal plan. This means you’ll be eating less than 50 grams of NET carbs both days!
Net carbs are the total carbs of a serving minus the total fiber of a serving. You can calculate your net carbs by subtracting the fiber from the carbs of whatever meal or snack you’re enjoying. If your total net carbs consumed for the day are under 50 grams, you’re successfully enjoying a low carb day!
