Low Carb Egg Roll Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 cups coleslaw mix
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef and drain
  • Add coleslaw mix, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil
  • Mix together and cook for about 3-4 minutes until coleslaw mix has softened
