Thanksgiving Weekend

Thanksgiving My Life Well Loved

My Life Well Loved-Thanksgiving-family

Thanksgiving, Black Friday (yes, I rounded up some more deals for you!), and Cyber Monday…oh my! We had such an amazing time over Thanksgiving weekend. We soaked up family time, enjoyed delicious food (my all time favorite food is my mom’s cornbread dressing) and I stocked up on deals galore for baby, me and gifts for others. But more on that later…First I want to tell you HOW MUCH I appreciate each of you for reading my blog. Eric and I have SO much to be grateful for this year between a new home, a new baby and new jobs. But I am so grateful for my little piece of the internet that has stayed the same during a season of change. It totally makes my day to hear people tell me they got an outfit I posted, ate at a restaurant I recommended on Instagram, or that they keep up with me via the blog. I am so grateful for you being a part of the MLWL community, so thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your comments, likes on Instagram, and readership are a bright spot in my day!

My Life Well Loved: Black Friday

OK, now that I’ve gone all sappy on you, I’ll reign it back in to bring you a few deals. 🙂 Make sure you check out all the Black Friday/Cyber Monday steals you can get HERE in the post I wrote and updated all weekend. I’ll keep updating my Facebook page with more Cyber Monday deals throughout the day so stay tuned!

I can’t wait for Leyton’s little polar bear outfit to come in the mail…which you can still get 40% off for Cyber Monday! Pictured above you can see some of the cute items I scooped up at Fabrik & SOCA for myself. I just couldn’t resist! I got BOTH dresses for under $30 and the shoes were under $30 too!

Don’t forget, if you own a small business/blog or need help with social media consulting, I’m offering 40% off ads on my blog with code CYBER. You can purchase an ad with the discount code HERE. If you want to do a social media 45 minute consultation, you can get it for about 50% off and learn more HERE!

My Life Well Loved: Iron Bowl

After we ate till our heart’s content, shopped till we dropped, and squeezed in a few workouts, it was time for the Iron Bowl! We had Leyton all suited up in his Bee Bobbin Around monogrammed Auburn colors and as Eric said, “Leyton learns disappointment today.” We’re just proud our Auburn Tigers made it more of a game than we thought they would. We did have a great time watching the game with some friends of our’s and had some light margaritas to “drown our sorrows.” 😉

After the game, we met up with our friends Joel and Claire and saw the final Hunger Games movie. While I wanted to see it, I must admit I was a little disappointed. It was slow in parts and felt like they could have just made one movie instead of the two for the Mockingjay installment.

Sunday we planned to go to get our Christmas tree on a farm with our neighbors but it was rainy so we had to postpone that. We went to church, visited family, grabbed a light lunch at Zoe’s Kitchen and enjoyed some relaxing time at home. Before we knew it, it was time to wind down our long weekend and get ready for the work week ahead.

Isn’t it crazy how fast holiday weekends fly by? How was your Thanksgiving? Did you find any awesome Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals? I’d love to hear in the comments!
