Chocolate Milk Recovery Smoothie
 
Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • 2 Tablespoons Flaxseed
  • ½ Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Cup a2 MilkĀ® Chocolate 2% Reduced Fat Milk
  • Ice if needed
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend thoroughly.
  3. Add additional banana if desired for a thicker/creamier shake.
  4. Enjoy!
