Chocolate Milk Recovery Smoothie
- 2 Tablespoons Powdered Peanut Butter
- 2 Scoops Protein Powder
- ½ Frozen Banana
- 2 Tablespoons Flaxseed
- ½ Cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Cup a2 MilkĀ® Chocolate 2% Reduced Fat Milk
- Ice if needed
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend thoroughly.
- Add additional banana if desired for a thicker/creamier shake.
- Enjoy!
