- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1¼ lbs Italian Sausage Links cut into 1 inch pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 16 oz frozen Italian Style Vegetable Blend
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 24 oz of your favorite all natural pasta sauce
- 28 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 6 oz can tomato paste
- salt & pepper to taste
- For serving:
- Basil
- Parmesan Cheese
- Place a slow cooker liner inside your crock pot.
- Brown sausage in olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Drain.
- Combine sausage and remaining ingredients in the lined slow cooker.
- Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 to 6 hours.
- Season with salt & pepper to taste & serve topped with fresh basil & Parmesan cheese.
