  • Rice (Substitute Cauliflower Rice For Low Carb / Lighter Version)
  • Black Beans
  • Over Easy Egg
  • HerdezĀ® Guacamole Salsa
  • Sliced Avocado
  • Pico De Gallo
  • Cilantro, For Garnishing
Instructions
  1. Cook rice
  2. Cook or heat black beans
  3. Cook egg to your liking
  4. Assemble the bowl! Add rice to the bottom, then black beans, sliced avocado, pico de gallo, an over easy egg on top, and drizzle Herdez Guacamole Salsa
  5. Enjoy!
