Whole30 Chicken Chili Verde
 
Ingredients
  • 1-2 lbs chicken
  • 12 oz jar salsa verde
  • 4 oz can green chilis
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • sea salt & pepper
  • Cilantro, lime, avocado for serving
  • cauliflower rice for serving
Instructions
  1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, combine salsa, chiles, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour over chicken & cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  4. Shred chicken.
  5. Serve over cauliflower rice and top with desired garnishes.
