With the cupcake craze still going strong, I would be remiss not to share this lemon cream cheese icing recipe with you. But, then I started thinking about lemons and how much I love their cheery color and shape and rounded up a bunch of fab lemony kitchen inspired tools and such for you below to shop. Lemon Cream Cheese Icing
 
Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ c. butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 c. confectioners sugar
Instructions
  1. Place cream cheese and butter into bowl.
  2. Beat the the first 2 ingredients together.
  3. Add in everything else and beat until fluffy.
