4-ingredient breakfast cookies

These breakfast cookies will work to reduce inflammation because they are gluten and dairy-free. These little cookies deliver a nutrient-packed punch because they are full of fiber and healthy fats to keep you full and are great for digestion.
Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup medjool dates (remove the pits)
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ½ cup dried cherries
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Blend the eggs and the dates in a food processor until it is smooth.
  3. Add the almond butter (or other nut butter) and dried cherries and mix together in a bowl.
  4. Drop by the spoonful onto a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes and enjoy!
