Blueberry Peanut Butter Smoothie
- Half of a frozen banana
- A Few Hand-fulls of Ice
- 2 Tablespoons of Powdered Peanut Butter
- 2 Scoops Vital Proteins Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Flax Seed
- A Few Splashes of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- ½ Cup Frozen Blueberries
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
- Pour into cups and serve.
